Traffic Control Flagger Certification Course was developed to provide Flaggers with the basic knowledge, information and awareness to perform their jobs safely. Flaggers will be trained to use safe traffic control practices to communicate proper direction to the public when traveling through a highway work zone. Certificates are valid in: Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Idaho.
